I use it regularly. Makes it very convenient to house videos off site and share them for feedback or just viewing. Customer support is there when you need them. Implementation and integration are easy with the Techsmith platform. **What do you dislike about Screencast?** There is nothing that I am dissatisfied with. **What problems is Screencast solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to share videos with a team and OneDrive is not always the most cooperative. So, having Screencast integrated through the TechSmith suite is optimal for sharing and storage. Easy access. ### 4. Excellent, free screen-capture utility that features **What do you dislike about Screencast?** None, nothing for now. All features are useful **What problems is Screencast solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problem faced till now, sometimes the tool crashes and recovers as soon as possible ### 5. By having the screenshots stored in Screencast and available at all times, it saves us the need to manage it ourselves ### 7. We have been using it for many years and do not plan on stopping. Screencast.com connects conveniently to Jing for easy screen recording or screen captures. **What do you dislike about Screencast?** When using Screencast.com with Jing, normally the limit of the video screen captures with Jing is 5 minutes, but screencast could technically hold larger files if you manually created them in another program. It's just not what you would typically do unless you were using Camtasia Studio or another program instead of Jing with Screencast.com. **Recommendations to others considering Screencast:** Use Jing with Screencast.com for instant sharing and screenshot videos and screenshot images. **What problems is Screencast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Screencast helps us quickly and effortlessly share screenshots and screenshot videos by instantly creating a link to the screenshot video or screenshot image and automatically uploading the screenshots and videos to screencast.com.
