I find Snagit an intuitive, low-cost screenshot and video capture tool. It’s easy to use, and I never needed training. I can crop screenshots, add text and arrows to highlight things, then right-click to copy and share images in other applications where I log bugs and write user stories, like Jira and Slack. Photoshop felt like killing a fly with a sledgehammer for what I needed, so I moved to Snagit. Setup was simple: download it, enter the license key, and I had no issues.
