There are also a few simple improvements for video screencasts. It's such a great tool for making tutorial videos that capture your screen.

I find Snagit fairly easy to use and appreciate how broad its capabilities are, as it covers various use cases. It's beneficial for screen capturing and following through steps for different work processes. I like that it makes it easy to edit and annotate, and I can create both still image captures and videos with audio. The step capture and video capture features are particularly valuable to me because they help me create visual how-to guides and walk people through processes step by step.
