What I like best about Camtasia is how easy it makes it to create simple, in-house videos and how powerful it is for creating our broadcast TV and streaming CTV spots. The Camtasia Pro account gives me access to an abundance of integrated resources at a competitive price.

Snagit is pretty intuitive to use. It's great for capturing screenshots quickly and reliably, as well as editing them for use in product documentation. It also has features like Simplify, which lets you replace any text elements in your screenshot with basic shapes, to give the general idea without giving details, and Smart Redact, which can automatically detect sensitive information like email addresses, phone numbers, etc., that you might want blurred out of a screenshot. The pricing is also super reasonable, considering how much use I get out of it. And finally (although I probably should have mentioned this first), installation and getting started were super simple and straightforward.
