Customizable, Easy-to-Use Survey Tool

I like SurveyMonkey's customization options, which make it simple for me to customize and develop a survey the way I want. The AI assistance they offer is also helpful, and I find it easy for participants to use. I appreciate the design feature for creating surveys and the analyze feature in the dashboard, which aids in analyzing results. Exporting the results to Excel, PowerPoint, or PDFs adds to its utility. Additionally, the setup is very easy, which is a bonus.

Affordable, Intuitive with Robust Survey Features

I like SurveyMonkey's cost-effectiveness, especially the annual subscription, which is not too expensive for an independent consultant like me. I find the platform easy to use with an intuitive and basic interface that meets my needs. There are sufficient question design options so I can customize surveys based on study needs, plus options for collecting data (including distribution via SurveyMonkey's email collector). I also like the dashboard & reporting features, which enable me to readily visualize results and share with clients. It is very learnable, especially if you have experience with other survey platforms.

A reliable and user-friendly tool for market research

|SurveyMonkey
It is easy to use and very user-friendly. We use SurveyMonkey every day for our market research, both on mobile phones when conducting interviews and for surveys sent out by email. It is quick to set up a survey, easy to use different types of logic, and simple to export the data to SPSS or Excel for further analysis. This makes it a very practical tool for our day-to-day work.
