Ease of use. This product is well-presented to the user. Logical user interface makes for a great experience. I love being able to see where items in our org are used. Getting to scripts, workflows, lists, etc. is easy from the ERD view.

ERD View & SQL Library are the tools I use the most, usually on a daily basis.
