The team and the product both. DynamicWeb has an incredibly talented team across the board. Their support is quick to reply and knowledgeable, and the project leads work with you to ensure the project fits your needs. Many times, ideas from the DynamicWeb team sparked us to rethink how we were doing certain things and make improvements. The product they deliver is excellent, and it flat-out works. Our build was a complicated 3-way integration between multiple applications, and DynamicWeb is at the center of it.
