The clear API-first approach and headless capabilities were key to seamlessly integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Rule Builder is particularly helpful, allowing us to easily implement custom business logic. The CMS ("Experience Worlds") is also intuitive and offers great freedom in frontend design. A major advantage compared to other systems is the ease of customization: we can flexibly implement specific requirements of the pharmacy and healthcare market – such as legal compliance, custom checkout processes, or multi-tier pricing structures.
