The dashboard, tagging, true CRM, workflows, samples and templates make it highly productive. Responsive support is first class. We chose RealVolve because they were responsive, have the most tools ready to deploy. RealVolve has a kick-ass manual of everything you need to know about how to set it up and get it going. They seem to be adding more training videos and features all the time.
