I really like Planful's ease of use. It makes uploading budgets into the system pretty painless and much more efficient than other systems I've used in the past. The support team that helped implement the system has been extremely helpful and responsive to our requests, which I truly appreciate. Also, some of the basic AI functionality in the product is pretty good and helps me keep a lean finance team in my organization.
