Munch is super intuitive and easy to use!

Automatically segments long videos into multiple shorter clips with subtitles, saving significant time for my team by eliminating the need for extensive communication and coordination regarding timestamps.

The ease of use for Munch has been fantastic. I find that the clips are pretty well cut and they don't cut. I also like the fact that I can extend the clips as needed, or reduce the video as needed as well. I am able to use my brand colors and different font styles. I have had to use the customer service department several times and they have been extremely helpful and pretty prompt.
