The customer support is very helpful, though their services can be a little slow in getting to a solution it's only because they are working so hard to get your issue resolved. I do however wish they would respond a little bit more frequently and give the customer a more of an update with their services. They also have a lot of really awesome templates that help you get to the look and design you're looking for a lot faster. There templates have saved customers a lot of time.

Excellent documentation, great walkthroughs, very powerful and intuitive.

It is an incredibly handy platform, exceptionally clear to use, and impressively comprehensive!
