The platform is really good and does what we need but the integration to Globe Newswire is one of the hidden gems. It is a far more cost-effective alternative to other wire services.

The social listening side is probably one of my favorite parts. I also like the media monitoring as it adds context beyond our own social channels. The integrations are also useful, and we do not have to constantly jump between disconnected tools to piece together campaign information. Pulling together campaign performance and showing what actually happens is much more straightforward with Meltwater.

It's relatively simple to use, works well with verbiage copied over from Microsoft Word, and has a nice database of media contacts to work with. We have not needed to use it for a ton, but we were kindly walked through all of its features regardless, and it has worked well when we've used it. I am not privy to how much we are paying for this service, but I understand that we feel we're getting a good value for it and have no intention of switching services.
