The UX is the best I’ve seen across different platforms. It’s easy to use and feels very intuitive.

I like the ease of use with Meltwater, especially with the AI tools they've rolled out. Query generation is much faster, and the ability to get from question to insight is considerably shorter. The AI query builder helps by making it easier to get to a usable query without needing in-depth knowledge of boolean or extensive research for relevant terms. Also, I've found the Meltwater team to be excellent in their trainings and onboardings.

Meltwater's biggest strength is having social management, social listening, and analytics all in one place. It helps me monitor industry conversations, track performance, and quickly turn insights into action.
