LawVu is one of the few providers on the market that offers both matter management and contract management in one solution. A Word add-in allows a link to be established between the files and the edited documents, including versioning and text comparison. The user interface appears tidy, and the operation is overall intuitive. What the system does not immediately cover itself can be sensibly supplemented through integrations and additional modules. The customer service and 24/7 support are exceptional, both in terms of speed and competence and friendliness.

The ease of use is one of my favourites, especially as it's something i use every day. The integration into Office 365 is excellent. It was very easy to implement across our team, and customer support is great.

The team who answer the questions online are outstanding. Very helpful and give me effective solutions quickly or if they can't, they always get back to me. There is a genuine friendliness to their responses and I cannot rate them highly enough.
