I really like how quickly the support team responds at Insightful, they replied to my queries very quickly and sorted everything out perfectly. I've only used Insightful for about twenty to thirty minutes so far, but it works perfectly. I also like that I can measure all the work and progress clearly. Setting it up was very easy too, as I received a pop-up email and just clicked through to get started.

Another benefit is that Insightful can support a pilot approach before rolling it out to the full team. Starting with one employee allows us to test the software, review the data, and decide how useful it is for tracking productivity and improving workflow.
