I use Insightful daily to track active working hours and manage project time across our team of translation leaders. I like its clean, dead-simple time tracking and lightweight desktop app, which is straightforward to use and requires virtually no learning curve.

I appreciate the responsive customer support. Bane Mucibabic was helpful and professional, took the time to assist me, and helped resolve the issues within a few hours. I appreciate his quick response, patience, and dedication, and he turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Setting up Insightful was easy, just sending an invitation.

I value Insightful for daily productivity trends and concrete, evidence-based data instead of subjective manager impressions. Its comprehensive data collection engine and ability to generate actionable performance insights are easily the best.
