I like the feature of every 9 seconds screenshot in Insightful, which helps me know what an employee was working on if there's doubt. The standard interval screenshots are valuable for understanding any grey areas if a manager suspects an employee isn't actively working, as they reveal actual keypresses, active windows, or stationary screens immediately. Also, the initial setup of Insightful was very easy.
