I really like the clean and functional interface of Insightful, as well as its internal tools. I also greatly appreciate the real-time visualization and the management of the computing team users. Additionally, the initial setup of Insightful was super easy, as if we had always had it.

I find the screenshots in Insightful really useful for tracking remote and hybrid employees. The feature showing usage per employee is quite handy, as it helps me ensure that everyone is dedicating enough time to the important tasks. I appreciate these features because they allow me to address any tech issues or productivity concerns in a professional manner. Also, the initial setup of Insightful was user-friendly which was a relief.
