The user interface is easy to understand, can be adjusted depending on your needs for manual or auto tracking. Admin portal has many options available, such as real time tracking, attendance, screenshots, web and app usage and more. There are some features at an additional price that we do not require, but I'm pretty sure they're great too. Additionally, the support team is very knowledgeable and at least for me, they've always got to resolve every issue I've had.

Insightful is very helpful in finding out your team productivity. The way it gathers information is quite fantastic. Its UI/UX is amazing and quite easy to see all information inside it. And its support is also very good; if I face any difficulties, they resolve it quickly.

I like how user-friendly Insightful is. It's the most user-friendly tool I've tried and the design is nice and sleek. The price point is great, too. I find the user-friendly design really important, and I feel comfortable when I'm using the software. I also like the ease of selecting which websites are productive and unproductive, and seeing the productive and unproductive hours for each virtual assistant. The initial setup was extremely easy. Insightful helps me manage my virtual assistants effectively, allowing them to clock in and providing a weekly log to see their hours and productivity. The screenshots feature gives me a clear view of their activities and helps me set a baseline for their payment.
