The biggest advantage is saving the manual effort involved in logging meeting notes and follow-up tasks inside Salesforce. GPTfy bypasses all the manual work by providing AI-generated insights and action items. What I like most about GPTfy is that it's a complete agentic platform, scalable according to the company using it. We started with logging meeting summaries but expanded to automating the case deflection process on the service side. It helped us automate FAQ-type case deflection, case routing, case summary, and AI-proposed resolutions using our company's knowledge base. Now, all the basic FAQ-type cases are completely automated, and service reps have all details and resolutions pre-populated when they open a case.
