The platform is intuitive, responsive, and reliable. As a Computer Science student, I regularly use it for project discussions, coding sessions, and team meetings. The permanent meeting links make collaboration much more convenient by letting us reconnect instantly without creating a new link each time.

The platform has quite flexible features that automate lot of my workflow as an Advisor. The smart meeting assisant feature allows me to quicky pick brief take aways from a recorded meeting without having to note them manually. This has also ensured that the information is accurate and saves me from wasting my time in cross-checking the points.

We have used GotoWebinar for 15 years. There is some intertia in switching to another platform, because it basically does what we wanted. It is somewhat dependable, in the sense that it doesnt lose recording. It is not dependable when it comes to making changes to dates and times in a webinar series. A large perecentage of the time, changes don't take and registrants get emails for webinars that are not scheduled. You can work around this by emailing your attendees from another platform, like Constant Contact. As for Integrations we, there is a bare bones integration with Hubspot, which suits our needs. The pricing is VERY steep for what you get. At the $70 level you don't get cloud recordings, you can not import registrants from a spreadsheet, and if you have a multi-session webinar (like one that meets every Tuesday), your registrants need to sign up for each individual session... unless you upgrade to a higher tier. For anything serious, your going to need a $400 plan.. The UI/UX is OK if you spend about an hour practicing before you do your first session. But common features, like finding the registraion link to share are layers deep, and distracting to use if you are a sole presenter. Support is plain bad. Once you finaly get through, it always takes several minutes for a human to "look up" your account once you provide your email address. The answers they give an incomplete. And basic questions like "how much is the next tier up" are not answered unless call a different number (though these seem prices they are right on the website - they aren't available to support personal. It's a silo.). The AI Bot is much worse. I have a collection of screenshots telling me about hallucinated features in my plan. When pushed, they admit they made them up. Like I said, it's been 15 years - but very likely to switch in a few weeks. This was the bees knees years ago.
