**What do you like best about OpenVoice?**

Openvoice is a great tool to make different types of conferences, regardless of the size of these, it can easily be used in meetings of up to 100 people or more, which makes it an ideal tool for this type of work, the controls to monitor and moderate the applications, are easy to use, and are available for mobile devices, which makes the moderation of this type of meetings even easier, since you can enable or disable the different features of this application, using a smartphone, at the moment that the conference is being held.

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

The integration with other applications can be a little difficult, for example for some email clients, where this tool is needed, it can cause some communication conflicts, the recording of calls, sometimes it can be a bit defective, in some cases, we had to clean the audio with some sound editing applications, to remove the background noises that can be heard in this type of recordings, since we really want to hear the best, and that those interested, also do so. 

**Recommendations to others considering OpenVoice:**

OpenVoice is an excellent tool and help, to make different conferences, especially for communication with people around the world, at low cost.

**What problems is OpenVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to this tool, we can create conferences or meetings, with people around the world, with meeting rooms, where many people can participate at the same time.

It is simple and easy. Does exactly what it needs to and connects us for conference calls.

Not many dislikes for this product. Highly beneficial for work from home employees.

No cost conference calls. Hassle free. Best for those work from home

**What do you like best about OpenVoice?**

It was easy and convenient to use. Allowed you to add and share invites with ease. Has an outlook plugin available. 

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

I'd like if it they provide better voice quality. Only experienced with large groups. 

**What problems is OpenVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any one would be able to jump on a call at their convenience. Record calls for review later to provide better customer service.

Easy to conference with coworkers while I work from home. No need to reserve time slots like some other services. 

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

Not many dislikes for this product. It makes conference calls stress free.

Not being in office at the same time as coworkers. Beneficial for those who work part time.

It is a cost-effective solution for audio conferencing like webinars, interviews, and the meetings

The software is slower than other competitors in the market and also has network glitches.

Business meetings and conferences are held over the video calls and this software is used.

Sometimes it operates at a slower rate than ideal for a quick conference.

**What do you like best about OpenVoice?**

The best part about OpenVoice is the ease of use for any employee. It’s simple and self-explanatory while creating simplistic solutions vs tech like WebEx

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

Due to the simplicity of OpenVoice, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles such as a Skype & WebEx. Such as, sharing screens can be very slow and multiple screens will not work.

Business communication has been eased due to OpenVoice, and received good feedback from colleagues to complete their meetings efficiently

No complaints, though I'm new to it so that's always a bit of an adjustment.

I love the ability to dial into conference calls of various sizes, from any location. Also the ability to integrate with other apps and Outlook.

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

There's nothing that I actually dislike about the product!

It's useful to be able to override the need to use VoiP (which, let's face it, isn't perfect for much of the time) at no cost to most end users.

It's okay, nothing special. It’s reliable and usually works. Some intermittent audio issues are annoying. 

**What do you dislike about OpenVoice?**

 No advanced features available such as those available in competing products. Web controls are very simple as well.

Easy to host calls with participants around the world
