I like that Front gives our team visibility across client conversations, past campaigns and inboxes. We can tag coworkers into threads and resolve issues in realtime, quickly understanding context without digging through separate channels or old email chains. It's been especially helpful for client management; access to past convos help us understand how a client operates, what communication style works best, and whether a new opportunity is worth re-engaging. Reminders and snooze help keep projects moving. Front works well for our team because it lets us collaborate across functions, move faster on responses, and apply learnings from past clients to current work.

I use Front for chats, and it lets me communicate with customers easily about any issue they may have. It's easy to use. I also like that I'm able to share images with customers when needed. The initial setup was super easy, I'd give it a 10/10.
