Among the various features, the most important I like is their extensible design. As a rapidly evolving landscape the financial products, journeys, flows constantly keep changing and Finezza enables such a fast change at design level. Its a great advantage when you can spin off a new product journey and associated forms, flow, APis etc almost instantaneously. I particularly like their LMS again due to its ability to handle personalisation at scale. There API first strategy at the core also helps me innovate on top of the finezza platform. With Finezza I am able to focus on my business strategy and growth without worrying about if technology will be able to keep pace.

It has a great no-code LMS which made our go-live quicker than we had originally thought. The product is very thought out and is very flexible.
