I honestly can't think of a positive thing to say about it where Synergy is in any way better than our previous student management/gradebook software from the perspective of a classroom teacher.

Synergy makes locating information about the student extremely easy. By clicking on their face, you have student information readily and easily available. Additionally, having the ability to contact through the platform is useful.
