Coming from the old Gendex product which never had software updates, this company does well in keeping their product up to date. It is easy to use in the operatory once it is open.

Imaging software is easy to use.
Very easy to use imaging software that works well with Open Dental. I appreciate easy to add intraoral camera pictures. I use intraoral camera with XDR, and XDR sensor, using wall mount xray.

The interface is very simple and easy to navigate. It is not CPU heavy, and doesn't require a crazy server for it to run well. It integrates with any dental PMS that I've tried. It works very well over a VPN. It's really affordable. Their support is also very good, and they tend to remember your name when you call back.
