I appreciate Codility's ability to add our own questions, which allows us to tailor the assessments to our specific needs with custom questions based on real problems we face. The whiteboarding feature is valuable, and I love that I can view the candidate's screen during interviews without requiring them to share it in a call. The platform is also simple to set up, contributing to its ease of use, which was a significant reason for switching from HackerRank.

Choosing and setting up IDE platforms for multiple programming stacks is very easy and convenient for the candidate.
