Bob at Coastal Cloud was the EXPERT. He was able to translate my non-Salesforce speak into solutions that could solve our problems. He was very familiar with how economic development organizations work and was therefore able to give guidance and recommendations for what he has seen work in the past. He was incredibly quick in all follow up and kept me on track for completion. I would send him lists of things I wanted done on the platform and they were often done within the same day.
