I like how efficient Caseware is and how I don't have to worry about capacity and memory being limited. I am also able to access the cloud from any remote location. We use Caseware for our audit clients and to store/prepare audit workpapers. The software is also fairly inexpensive compared to other applications which is why our company switched this year.

It's very easy to use, easy to sign off workpapers, easy to move files around. Good to have the trial balance in the and link the workpapers to each account.

(Not) working papers - technology that has been outpaced by today's competition
There is nothing that I like about this software. All modern solutions far outclass this antiquated technology. Signoffs work? I guess that's a plus? But they only work if the file syncs properly which has failed on multiple occasions. I would only recommend this product if you had absolutely no other option to retain and protect audit workpapers.
