I like the fact that the user interface of CallRail is simple, and it's also rather simple to set up. It's simple to navigate compared to some of the other platforms. I also appreciate the feature where it shows the referral data from where the call came from, and the tagging feature where I can tag calls and use tagging for automations through Zapier and other platforms. These features are ones I really like as well. I think the setup process was pretty easy, very intuitive, and it remains easy to learn and set up for new clients.

What I like best about CallRail is how easy it is to implement while still providing enterprise-level call tracking and attribution. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage tracking numbers, review recordings, and analyze call performance across multiple campaigns. From an ROI perspective, CallRail has helped us identify high-performing campaigns and improve budget allocation, making it a worthwhile investment for any business that relies on phone leads. Customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the onboarding process was straightforward with plenty of documentation available.
