Effortless Call Tracking with AI Insights, Needs Setup Simplification
I love that with CallRail, I can easily track and filter out the things I need to check. It makes learning more about the AI tracking and how they work based on the transcript much more accessible. It really makes things a lot easier compared to doing manual labor and allows me to have fast data and tag easily without consuming a lot of time. It helps me to quickly learn more about the calls we've tracked.

Solid Call Tracking with Complex Setup
I use CallRail for website and GMB call tracking. I appreciate the Voice Assist feature, and the visibility it provides into call traffic is great. We've set up a great AI answering system, allowing us to capture customer information after hours. The integration with HubSpot is great, and I found their support team to be great as well.
