It had a great balance between ease of use and automation features. Building email campaigns was very intuitive and I could manage all marketing operation from a single place. Every tools were well segmented with detailed analytics which made it very easy to understand. Implementing the API was super easy and worked quite well. It integrated well with Firebase Cloud Function and the docs was very helpful.

I like having email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels in one platform. It reduced the number of tools we juggle for internal newsletters, client updates, event invites, and lead nurturing, and lets us manage contacts, templates, and reporting from a single interface. Segmentation and personalization have been a big plus for tailoring messages by stakeholder group (service line, role, engagement level). Brevo’s AI subject-line suggestions were also genuinely helpful for ideation and produced more engaging options than our initial drafts.

I need a solid free tier for email journeys, and Brevo delivers that. Email tracking and email sequences are important for me, and the AI copilot is a nice added bonus. Managing email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other campaigns from one platform simplified multichannel marketing greatly, and the segmentation and personalization tools were a significant improvement.
