Managing email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other campaigns from one platform simplified multichannel marketing greatly. Overall it’s been easy to use and meets my requirements, and I’ve had a good experience with support. High-volume sending and building/personalizing emails have worked well for me, and the marketing automation workflows usually reach people at the right time.

Cost-Effective and Intuitive, But AI Needs Improvement
It’s very affordable compared to when we used Mailchimp, which was so expensive. The automation builder is intuitive, and I like that you can see the results right within the builder, since it helps inform the content decisions you make.
