Best way to know your team

I liked that we could schedule the butterfly form and have it filled anonymously which makes the employees feel safe to share anything they think the company needs to improve or just to shout put and share positive thoughts!

Other than selecting if you are satisfied or not, you can add comments and express yourself freely for any concerns or good things you cannot say in person. Butterfly helps you get an idea of how satisfied is a group of people in different areas so you can plan and understand what and where you should apply any changes.
