The full suite of financial products, including capital, issuing, and banking, makes it easier for internal support and enhances our merchants' experience. Having everything on one platform simplifies things significantly. I love how Adyen Payments is a tech-forward company, which makes it so much better than traditional payment processors or acquirers. The robust fraud management is another feature I like, and having out-of-the-box capital offers makes it easy for us to help our merchants with cash flow. The 1-onboarding process for different payment entry methods like e-commerce and card present makes it easier for our onboarding team and quicker for our merchants. I also find the one portal that houses everything makes it easier for our support staff.

A modern application that addresses the gaps we previously had with AI-based solutions. The account manager and support teams are efficient and consistently provide timely answers. It feels like a true partnership with a team that genuinely wants its customers to succeed.

Tons of payment types supported, very easy to add and use them. So many integrations it's impossible to count. And their support has been great as well. And their pricing/costs are fair.
