Intuitive Platform with Excellent Support, Perfect for Event Management

The platform is very intuitive, which makes managing onsite registration and check in seamless. The badge printing and registration flow are smooth and efficient, helping us keep things organized during busy moments. We also appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team has been throughout the setup. It gives us confidence that our event will run smoothly.

Seamless Transition, Exceptional Customer Service

I love how easy it was to switch to Accelevents, and the customer service is exceptional. Althea, the dedicated support person, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The software efficiently handles data and roster collection, and I find the registration and resource sharing features under the event hub particularly useful. The integration with Zoom also adds value to my experience. Additionally, the direct access to customer service is so reliable that it alone would persuade me to purchase Accelevents again.

Best Platform with the best Hotline I ever worked with

|Accelevents
The hotline-service. Never in my life have I experienced such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. No matter what time of the day they always answer after 1 minute and they go up and beyond to solve problems r questions. We are currently at an event where we work totally witch accelevents. Everyone is so happy from sponsors to Abstract-authors to the client. We never had so few wuestions via the hotline - the stream worked perfekt! I am so grateful for Accelevents and the simplicity and goodness of it.
