This cuts down our time, makes the audit much more pleasant, and helps us with complex audit requests from our clients, particularly in the SOC 1 space. They help us identify challenges and are very clear where, how, and how much they can help. They still maintain a fair and objective stance during the partnership, which is table stakes, but something we don't take for granted.
