Gosto de como é fácil de usar. Só precisei de uma sessão de treinamento antes de sentir que tinha um bom domínio das coisas. O painel é bastante direto, e posso encontrar facilmente tudo o que preciso, como o status atual das chamadas, filas e saldo da conta. Meus agentes também entenderam o sistema rapidamente, e é útil que eles tenham seu próprio painel onde podem monitorar seu desempenho pessoal. O PBX também se integrou ao meu Zoho CRM sem problemas. Meus agentes usam o click-2-call o tempo todo sem quaisquer problemas.
