What stands out most about CrowdComms is the relationship with their team. They are consistently responsive, proactive, and supportive at every stage — from the initial booking process, through setup and configuration, to onsite delivery. Their onboarding process is smooth, and having reliable support during live events gives us real confidence, especially when managing complex international events.
From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is intuitive and easy for both event organisers and attendees to navigate. The backend is flexible without feeling overly complicated, which makes setup efficient even when managing large-scale or multi-session events. The attendee-facing experience is clean, professional, and works well across onsite, hybrid, and virtual formats.
The integrations and flexibility are a huge advantage. The platform adapts well to different event requirements and allows us to tailor the experience depending on whether the event is fully in-person, hybrid, or virtual. Features can be configured to suit different registration flows, engagement tools, and branding needs.
In terms of performance, CrowdComms has been consistently reliable onsite, which is critical for live event delivery. The app and platform perform smoothly even under pressure, which reduces operational stress for our team and creates a seamless experience for attendees.
From a pricing and ROI perspective, the investment is worthwhile because the platform saves significant operational time, reduces manual processes, and delivers a polished, professional event experience that clients notice and value.
We’ve used CrowdComms for three years now, and one of the biggest strengths is their continuous product development. New features and improvements are added regularly showing they actively innovate and respond to changing event industry needs rather than standing still. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about CrowdComms. Over the three years we’ve used the platform, it has consistently met our needs and continued to improve with new features and updates.
There have been a few highly specific functionalities we would have liked to see, such as visa letter generation within the registration workflow, but these are niche requirements unique to the type of international events we manage rather than limitations that would affect most users. In these cases, we’ve simply handled those processes externally without any major disruption to our workflow.
Overall, the platform is reliable, flexible, and continuously evolving, so even when we identify very specific feature gaps, we’ve found the team open to feedback and clearly committed to ongoing development. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and genuinely enjoy working with both the platform and the CrowdComms team. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
