
I rely on Bark.com to find new clients for my Commercial Photography, Videography, and Aerial business. I appreciate that the Bark platform is simple and easy to work with, even though it's the Customer Support that truly stands out for me. When the system does not perform as expected, their support team is always spot on, and they have been consistently strong in my favor. Over the years, I would rate their support a 10 because they are timely and consistent. They treat me fairly, especially when I've dealt with requestors who aren't genuinely interested in hiring me and are only looking for free information. The Elite business plan I pay for has not returned the ROI as expected. Certainly, there are no guarantees in any marketing investment, but the $89/month to supposedly be on the top of the Bark talent list has not proven to be a successful ROI. I probably will cancel that part of my Subscription soon. Adding some more layers in the requesters details, as to budget range etc. would also be helpful.
