I can easily create new forms and protocols with the modular system and digitize them via Lumiform. Lumiform permanently stores the data and takes care of the storage and time-consuming data backup. I have the impression that we use Lumiform differently than many other customers. Therefore, often other updates would be more relevant for us than those implemented by Lumiform. With our now large amount of data, the system takes a long time to load, and updates on mobile devices often have annoying bugs that complicate our daily routine. I appreciate that I can adjust the protocols in such a way that vulnerabilities in the daily workflow can be corrected and improved immediately without much effort. It makes life easier when I notice at a client's site that an important aspect is missing in the standard protocol, and I can then add changes like the photo and scan function for all subsequent protocols. Additionally, Lumiform allows for the optimization of processes and the shortening of the workday. The setup was very easy for me because I saw parallels to my experience in web server programming. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lumiform on the iPad and iPhone because it offers a high level of customizability, which I missed in other applications like KEVOX. I sometimes wish I could manually correct the order of my inspections. When I have completed an inspection and the inspection order does not match the numbering of the fire extinguishers, it would be helpful to be able to adjust the data for the final inspection report accordingly. Additionally, I would wish for the information scanned via QR code to be better formatted and for there to be an option to format QR data afterwards. There are sometimes difficulties with file uploads, especially when there are a lot of images involved, the upload often fails, which is not ideal. Unfortunately, a real digital legally binding signature is missing, as the customer's signature, which is simply stored as a photo, is not legally compliant in case of doubt. There are still some points to be advanced in the system. For sure the analytics part is not complex enough yet (no filters for users who cannot edit dashboards is a main point), analytics of schedules or photos included in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
