What do you dislike about Zwayam?

The feedback section of Zwayam is not very efficient and it has generic sections. This can be little improved and customized as per the needs of different departments. What problems is Zwayam solving and how is that benefiting you?

My HR is scheduling interviews for different candidates on the Zwayam portal, and I am interviewing candidates and submitting their feedback. This helped me a lot as I need not keep track of all my interviews in my calendar, I need not look for emails for resumes and I need not look for my past candidates.
