What do you like best about Zwayam?

I have worked in zwayam, developed this application and even used it for applying to my next job. The product is very user-friendly and allows you to apply directly to the companies website, and all steps of your application can be tracked, which makes it transparent too. As an ATS tool, It also helps organisations to manage their employee data. The product was so competitive that its owned by Naukri now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zwayam?

Searching for a job is a bit tedious as it uses keywords to match the job description, and if the proper job description is not provided (if the report doesn't contain those keywords), it will not show the particular job. Hence description needs to include all essential keywords like technology, functionality etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zwayam?

Zwayam Platform helps us organize the hiring process in the best possible way and help us track all our interviews, feedback, and results. I have been using this for the last 7 months and I interviewed more than 50 candidates with a hassle-free experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zwayam?

The feedback section of Zwayam is not very efficient and it has generic sections. This can be little improved and customized as per the needs of different departments. Basically, I recruit candidates for data science, and in feedback, it shows me the entire list of feedback sections for data science and big data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zwayam solving and how is that benefiting you?

My HR is scheduling interviews for different candidates on the Zwayam portal, and I am interviewing candidates and submitting their feedback. This helped me a lot as I need not keep track of all my interviews in my calendar, I need not look for emails for resumes and I need not look for my past candidates.
