What happens if i can't collect my parcel from Zoom2u?
This situation has never arisen but what happens if I'm not available to collect my parcel from zoom2u or maybe I want to cancel it?

What is the best way to integrate this product with Slack?
I have tried integrating Slack on the platform but it does not allow me to index my queries. PErhaps there is someone who could reach out and advise me on what needs to be done to allow a greater integration with my current installation of Zoom2U.
