**What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?**

One feature I really like about Zoho TeamInbox is its ability to keep communication streamlined. This tool allows my teams to work collaboratively on emails without unnecessary back and forth. I also have the ability to assign different emails to specific team members and ensure that assigned responsibilities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.

I think that for teams that need to manage large volumes of email, the tracking system on this platform will be very useful.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

Zoho TeamInbox pricing is great for small teams, but it may be much more expensive for larger teams, especially if additional Zoho products are required to manage their business processes.

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho TeamInbox aggregates my messages in one place, and allows my team to access these messages, view and respond to emails collaboratively, and keep everyone else up to date. This shared environment allows all members to have a single source of information for communication, minimizing potential confusion.

**What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?**

Zoho TeamInbox is a great app to complement the various other Zoho modules that we use. The integration with the CRM product keeps us up to date on all of our email correspondence. Setting up the product is pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

So far the product works fine for our needs. Would like to see how the product works as we expand the amount of users.

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our firm, we have quite a bit of email correspondence to manage. With Zoho TeamInbox, we can control the flow of information to ensure that the emails are assigned to the correct individuals for processing.

One common critique of Zoho TeamInbox is its learning curve; some users find the interface a bit overwhelming at first, especially if they’re not familiar with other Zoho products.

Shared Responsibility: It allows teams to manage shared inboxes effectively, ensuring that no email falls through the cracks. This fosters accountability, as emails can be assigned to specific team members.
Also by consolidating communication in one place, it reduces the need for back-and-forth emails, making collaboration smoother.

nothing i can think of for now, but as we move forward will keep updating this

The first and foremost is team collaboration, having everyone  on a share inbox has been of much help.

The best feature is the ease of use of the Zoho team inbox, all members can manage their mails respectively, it's quite user friendly as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

I have been using Zoho inbox since a long time, I don't find any dislikes in it

It's solving the problem of having multiple accounts and forwarding multiple mails to different authorities, through the shared team inbox it brings a lot of ease in our usage and we also are always able to prioritise our work emails

I love the seamlessness of interacting with co-workers and employees and all of the features that make communicating easier.

As of now I do not have any particular dislikes about TeamInbox.

The built in apps and tools all being in one place has made life easier and more streamlined and organized.

I like the collaboration achieved in emails thanks to shared inboxes.

The adaptation time can be a disadvantage for users who are not familiar with the tool.

It helps me a lot in automating repetitive tasks, assigning emails or sending automatic responses.

**What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?**

It has several Team collaboration features like assigning emails / conversations to your team members. It also has a nice calendar feature for tasks and reminders which you can share with your team as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

It does not have more powerful features like that of Outlook but it is sufficient for  Team use.

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating with the Team becomes easier by sharing emails with groups and conduct email conversations. It is easy to restrict who sees the content and who cannot, making it very secure. There is no hassle of maintaining an Outlook server.

**What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?**

The thing that I found most helpful and that I liked best about Zoho team inbox was how easy it made customer service for the whole team. We were all able to share the one in box for support.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

There wasn't much that I dislikeed or Found least helpful about Zoho team inbox, other than the usual support problems found with all zoho software. Unless you upgrade to the premium support plan, it is kind of lacking in support.

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems we were able to solve using Zoho TeamInbox was less confusion for the support team by being able to share the one support email inbox. It allows us to service our customers, quicker and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?**

Zoho TeamInbox allows teams managing a common mail Adresse to work together on answering emails. It can be helpful if for some reason you're not willing to use a ticketing software.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

Frankly speaking I feel like Zoho tried to create something here nobody really needed. Instead of making shared mailboxes directly in Zoho Mail, they created this additional application that doesn't even integrate into Zoho Mail. It's not really a mail application nor a ticketing solution and it also has no native iOS app nor a mobile optimised site.

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be a stepping stone for teams that don't have a ticketing system. We have tried it for e.g. legal related emails that multiple people are working on. It does an OK job at that.

What I enjoyed and also found to be the most helpful thing about Zoho TeamInbox was how easy it made servicing our customers with the single support email inbox.

**What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?**

When it comes to zoho TeamInbox, I can't think of anything I would say that I disliked about it. With the exception of the having to pay for a support plan in order to receive prompt support

**What problems is Zoho TeamInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems we were able to solve using zoho TeamInbox were the speed and efficiency of which we were able to address customers and team members needs and concerns

-No need to Forward or CC other team members for a particular mail thread.
