It also offers free trial to test. Provides both on-premise and cloud based archiving solution keeping in mind security and compliance. The rivals Amazon S3 Glacier and Azure Online Archiving also offers similar features but Zix has an edge in providing organisations protection against any compliance violations plus secure archival of emails, sms, or any digital communication. **What do you dislike about Zix Information Archiving?** It's a bit expensive in comparison with its rivals like AWS Glacier and Azure Archiving solutions. Migration of data is a bit of headache sometimes and the support on the same issue is not good. Rest everything looks pretty good. **What problems is Zix Information Archiving solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data (emails, sms or any communicated digitally) Recovery Data Auditing and Data Compliance Searching through the old emails is a cherry on the top. Highly customizable policies can be achieved by allowing only comms that you really need to be archived. As cyber-attacks are increasing every day, Zix can help archive emails that are hard to catch by normal employees, a sender can try to be from "Micr0soft" and Zix will catch this automatically. **What do you dislike about Zix Information Archiving?** The market is very crowded and there are more trusted vendors like Fortinet who are giving many additional services and packages apart from "email management" as a bundle. **What problems is Zix Information Archiving solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees can randomly click on a phishing email without reading the whole domain and to protect from scams and phishing campaigns we're using Zix's tool which automates this process. ### 4. During this we also found that if an employee accidentally deletes an email, we can return it to their mailbox ### 9. Then one at a time, incorporated additional features and products. Each new product is better than the last and is significantly a better value than competitors. The Zix customer service is always quick to respond to questions and issues. **What do you dislike about Zix Information Archiving?** That I didn't transition products to Zix sooner. **What problems is Zix Information Archiving solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick and easy restoration of missing data.
