Zivver has been super easy to use. Many of our team members are all over the US and when I have to send confidential onboarding documents and things I feel so much better using Zivver. I also love that they have various levels of plans because it fits perfectly with our budget and the amount of emails I send that need to be protected. The main piece that I dislike, although ultimately needed is the 2FA. There was a desktop software that allowed the 2FA, but it is no longer available. So when there is a password messup, it is not as easy to reset and fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The outlook intergration is a Huge plus for our company. We use outlook as our main email system and the implementation and install was quick and Easy. The ability to turn on and off secured emails right from the Message makes things very easy. Also, the auto assignment that reads your email is a plus as sometimes you forget to send private information securely. I use this System fairly often as we deal with private customer information on a Daily basis. Finally the customer support is prompt and detailed. they respond in a timely manner to all issues. Zivver has been wonderful to work with for sending encrypted emails to clients and other providers. I have used other encryption services in the past, but I have had the least amount of issues with Zivver. Recepients have not had any issues in opening the emails and they can reply easily. I use zivver for about 18 months now and i have the Outlook Plugin installed its very easy to use and almost always reliable, we have some business rules activated and almost every time Zivver recognizes the text en automaticly encrypts the message.

The web app is also easy to use and uptime is near to a 100% The software has enough features and what more do you need.

Zivver can be annoying when it decides (on its own) to scan every outgoing email for sensitive data. Clicking on "send without checks" doesn't deter it from its mission. Just sit back & let it do its thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
