## About ZEDI
ZEDI supports EDI in all its forms, whether that&#39;s traditional EDI like EDIFACT, ANSI, TRADACOMS etc. or XML, JSON, CSV or even spreadsheets. It also integrates directly with popular business systems via their APIs so no human involvement is needed to process orders, ASNs, invoices etc. It has the performance profile of a top end system, able to handle tens of thousands of transactions per day if necessary, but has price plans that make fully integrated EDI cost-effective for even the smallest business. Being cloud-based means that there is no investment to make in hardware, and software maintenance is handled for you, as is the monitoring of the transactions. If an error occurs, such as a incoming file containing invalid data, our administrators are immediately alerted and will start work to resolve the issue before it can impact your business. For file-based EDI, like EDIFACT and XML, ZEDI can exchange transactions using the various forms of FTP as well as AS2, OFTP2 and Value Added Network. For other situations, ZEDI has ready-made bi-directional API connections to most popular back-end systems including NetSuite, Business Central, Unleashed, CargoWise, Sage, Interprise, Xero and Unleashed as well as API connections to on-line marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Wayfair and on-line shops like Shopify, Woo Commerce and Magneto. The highest standard of Technical support is essential to the smooth running of any integration system. If you have an issue, you can immediately talk to a human with the skills and knowledge to deal with it quickly and efficiently. None of this this &quot;Log a ticket and wait 72 hours for a response&quot; rubbish. ZEDI is constantly being developed to ensure that it remains the most powerful, and most comprehensive integration platform available, at a cost that is consistently well below what is considered normal in its field.

**What do you like best about ZEDI?**

ZEDI software is easy to implement and effortless to keep updated. The support team is incredibly collaborative, offering quick resolutions and responses, which is essential for maintaining smooth order flow on tight timelines.

**What do you dislike about ZEDI?**

​Nothing, I have been using ZEDI for nearly 2 years and have found them very good, particularly when comparing them to other EDI providers I have worked with in the past.

**What problems is ZEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer resolutions to blockers in our system. If a table is not updated, they quickly let you know the issue and how to resolve this, so you can trouble shoot this and get the orders flowing through the system. They offer guides and training on how to keep everything up to date. They also work with our finance system partner on maintaining tables ensuring orders and invoices are getting to our customers and co-mans.

**What do you like best about ZEDI?**

Zedi is great - enables us to automate our supply chain and spend much less time processing orders. 

The team are also always on hand to help whenever we need support.

**What do you dislike about ZEDI?**

Very little - Zedi has been great for us.

EDI - automating sales orders.

**What do you like best about ZEDI?**

From both a business and software point of view.  The Software was easy to Implement with excellent service and support from Zircon Blue.  An incredibly Cost effective solution for a 
cross between a managed & a self-service EDI solution, the best of both world.

**What do you dislike about ZEDI?**

I can't think of a situation where this would apply.  All Problems & issues were dealt with in a very swift & concise way.

**What problems is ZEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business required a solution that could be implemented for customers quickly.  The legacy EDI solution was managed and required a 3/6 month lead time.  Many of the customers had very basic EDI requirements i.e. CSV & SFTP.  ZEDI allowed us to create a basic configurable "Steps" for the implementation of new customers that would take minutes, not months, to create.

**What do you like best about ZEDI?**

Zedi's open and consultative approach has allowed us not only to replace an aging system but build a future-proof solution that dovetails with our in-house ERP. linking with Open APIs and giving us the control we were screaming for.

**What do you dislike about ZEDI?**

Absolutely nothing the solution is as good as a Savile Row suit. whatever I want it to do the team at Zedi makes it happen.  as long as they keep doing what they are doing they will gain customer after customer.

**What problems is ZEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concerning us receiving orders into our in-house ERP, Zedi has radically changed the way we do business.  orders hit our system live and are placed against the correct warehouse and forwarded to the relevant 3PLs while we are asleep.  We have also designed it to update our outbounds across multiple locations updating our systems of shorts thus increasing our invoicing accuracy.

Our Invoicing, debits and credits are all joined up irrelevant of EDI or none EDI customers and this allows swift reporting into finance and the bank which previously was hugely time-consuming.

we have developed automation with Inbounding Stocks into our ERP and this now allows us for greater stock accuracy across the 5 warehouses we have.  interpreting 5 different data sets and trying to manage used to take the team hours now we manage by exception.
