The diversity of segmented panel databases they have. **What do you dislike about Zinklar?** In some cases, it is difficult to foresee the value in "credits" that you need to invest for your survey. Although you have a preliminary estimate, it is only during the development of the study that you can see the final value. **What problems is Zinklar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to have clients from the sector of my business even more segmented in the databases would facilitate the development of upcoming studies/surveys. ### 3. One of them is the speed in which results are presented. Is incredible that in about 3 - 5 hours you can achieve to review a market research, which match our needs in the company, since we have a very moving environmet. Another is how easy is the process, since the set up to the analysis of the data. Segmentation in this tool is just crazy! **What do you dislike about Zinklar?** Even though this is not an impediment, one thing I would love to see inside Zinklar are calculated fields, and a dashboard that I can set up so I don´t have to make presentations outside the tool. So just to present data inside. **What problems is Zinklar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking into consideration customer opinion before doing actions, for example letting us know which messages are more attractive to people that want to becamo our customers. ### 4. No need to wait to get results, as in 3 hours you can have figures to take right decissions when you miss user's insights. You can develope your own forms in short time, either from scratch or based on standarized patterns (or your previous forms). You can fine tune segmentation based on interests, not just demographic data. You have technical assesment available. **What do you dislike about Zinklar?** Obviously, it is more expensive but it is worth in many occasions. For long surveys, or complex ones, it may not fit. You need to have experience to design good forms and to read results, but you also have technical assessment available. Client service from Zinklar are always open and happy to help me either with the quotation, or the questionnaire design, they are easy to approach and always make follow up of the project. Fast to receive results, real time dashboard **What do you dislike about Zinklar?** not much filters in the dashboard, just the basics. Since I don't use the software that frequently, sometimes I find it difficult to play with the dashboard, to see answers in one way or another, but in general the platform diagram the answers in an easy to understand. When I think of zinklar, I find it as a fast option to answer some tactical questions, it would be great to be able to run more complex research, even evolve it to include more research methodologies like product testing. It would be great also to have questions template for questionnaires already in the platform according to different research methodologies: Concept Testing, Usage & attitudes, Max-Diffs, client service, shopper, etc. Specially in the concept testing I like an specific tool that is call highlighting tool, it would be great to have it in Zinklar. **Recommendations to others considering Zinklar:** Don't be afraid to use it, it is very intuitive and the client service team is always happy to help and give you training about the platform **What problems is Zinklar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I choose zinklar for fast answers, some exploratory projects, and also concept testing.
