**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

Zigzag has supported our 7 brands for many years. We have also onboarded new brands over the last few years, and the process has always been quick, seamless, and easy. 
Our customers want a really easy solution to return goods, minimal input and easy to understand. Zigzag offer this customer facing solution. Zigzag are forever innovating and opening our eyes to new ways to manage returns.
In the background we get to choose the carrier services we want, all the data we can manage and account management that suits our culture. What more do you need!

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

It would be great to have the ability to self-serve a little more in the portal/admin.

**What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to provide a returns service where the customer could pay for the return upfront to avoid complex and confusing refunds. Zigzag resolved this for us. 
We wanted to provide a refund to a gift card or store credit - we are looking to implement this very very soon.
We wanted our returns data in one place - Zigzag offer that solution
Access to multiple returns carrier with competitive rates.
Customer facing portal that looks and feels like our brands.

**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

Were reasonably flexible with requests and there's a good amount of control for the business.
Portal is easy to use and reporting is good.

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

Some issues with logging into the portal and not much flex on the labels which are created by carriers. Eg. we wanted to change the number which was printed on the "print in store" option so that it was easier for our warehouse but no changes could be made.

**What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows customers to pay a fixed cost for returns and so we can better track incoming returns internally.

**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

The level of support has improved significantly and has become much more responsive and reliable. I've noticed quicker response times and a greater focus on resolving issues effectively. The team seems genuinely invested in understanding our needs and goes above and beyond to ensure we're fully supported. This improvement has made a real difference in our overall experience, and I feel much more confident in reaching out when we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

We often encounter issues while using the app, which can be frustrating, especially when they interfere with our experience. Unfortunately, the support provided hasn’t quite met our expectations either. Responses can be slow, and the solutions offered don't always fully resolve the problems. It would be great to see a more proactive approach from the support team, with faster response times and a clearer focus on resolving issues comprehensively. Improving the reliability of the app and the quality of customer support would make a significant difference in our experience.

**What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing returns has become noticeably quicker, which makes a big difference when managing multiple orders. The dashboard is also relatively helpful and provides a clear view of the returns process, making it easier to track and manage each step. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in some areas of the user interface, as certain features could be more intuitive. Enhancing the UI for a smoother, more streamlined experience would really boost usability and make the entire process even more efficient.

**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

Since working with ZigZag we have seen that the customer journey is a lot smoother than previous portals we had used, Zigzag is always on hand for anything we may need help with and the responses are always efficient. 

Zigzag provides several features. No matter what feedback we provide, they are always on hand to help us implement any changes or improvements we need to make to better our customer experience.

Implementation and moving from a different system was stress-free and was an easy transition for our customers.
Integration was quick and easy we outlined everything we wanted from the system for our customers and Zigzag did not disappoint.

ZigZag is our only returns portal which means this is frequently used several times a day by our customers, Zigzag also offer an admin portal for users to gain more access to further features you made need to help your customers.

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

I am someone who likes to be proactive and resolve everything for a customer in a first response I would prefer for the admin portal to have more features for us as a retailer to be self-sufficient.

**What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZigZag helps our customers with all returns for not only the UK and Ireland but also worldwide, this enables us as a retailer to be able to provide the best returns methods to our customers and keeping the charges down
We now provide multiple return methods for all our customers that includes pick up , Printer and printerless options.

**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

Zigzag make it easy for customres to return their goods to us. All of the information that would be needed is in one place on the portal. The tracking is also easy to follow and reporting makes it a breeze to see what product you are due back with the reason for return. The support team are always on hand to answer any questions or queries we might have

Some of the carriers can be slower than others.

With Zigzag it means all of our returns are in one place and we can see what has been returned at a glance

Transformed our returns offering for our customers. Really easy system, seamless integration with current tech stack. Customer service team and dev team contactable and a pleasure to work with

Not found any downsides yet. Hopefully that continues

Making the customer journey easier and having integrated RMA's productive data available in our wms.

The back end interface could allow more self selve fucntionality but the team are great at actioning changes when required.

**What do you like best about ZigZag?**

Really friendly team and the services they provide are great. We have looked around a lot and have never found anything similar for the services they provide. They integrate well with Shopify and there are lots of great ways to even help refunding customers with the likes of return to gift card and live exchanges.

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

Shipping back from the EU can take some time

Zigzag have implemented things like return to gift card and live exchanges to save us having to refund the customers and keeping the sale.

When Stacey stepped in to address some of the outages and issues we've had and having, due to a complaint raised.

**What do you dislike about ZigZag?**

CS was slow to respond. Support was lacking

**What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a better product than Rebound, although of late we've had a number of issues and these have mainly been ones that ZZ themselves were not aware of, which is a little worrying. The support has improved greatly since providing feedback to Stacey in CS.

We have built really good working relationships with ZigZag and know that we work well together to achieve the best outcome for our mutual clients. Like the way that we have a really open and honest relationship, if there are any concerns we can raise these and come to a resolution.

Sometimes responses can be a little bit slower than we would like, however we do get a response.

The system is very user friendly and easy to understand. We receive returns for many different retailers yet have no difficult sorting these based on the Zig Zag systems intelligent sortation guidance
