Since the alerts get correlated, my team doesn't have to go through individual alerts to understand the bigger picture of what is happening in our environment. The tool doesn't stop with correlation; it also provides near-accurate prediction and helps avoid P1 incidents effectively minimizing the downtime, which is critical to any infrastructure. **What do you dislike about ZIF?** It would helpful to read the details of the alert by clicking on the alert itself. As sometimes the text is lengthy and doesn't fit in alert description. **Recommendations to others considering ZIF:** ZIF is an ideal product if you are looking for solutions such as AI Ops. **What problems is ZIF solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Since ZIF provides proactive alerts, it helps to remediate potential P1 incidents. 2. The sheer number of alerts sometimes makes the visibility of the health of the infrastructure hazy. With ZIF, it helps to have a crystal clear picture of what is happening in the environment. The benefit of this to the team is, they could concentrate on other essential tasks. ### 3. Advantages like 1. Avoiding deduplication of alerts - which reduces the incident rate. 2. Correlation module - To find much easier about the probable RCA for the issues 3. Predicting the major outages and alerting everyone to avoid such major outages in IT Infra environment. 4. Ease installation is the best one when compared to other tools in market. 5. We have Prediction and integration, which helps in handling the issues efficiently. ZIF is the best platform for monitoring multiple tools with the use of Prediction and Correlation, which helps in analyzing the alerts and prevents various tickets for a single issue. **What do you dislike about ZIF?** Implementation cost is high.Automation is an enormous task and has lots of challenges to it.Multiple incidents for a single issue. Lot of Challenges in getting the prediction module correct which inturn helps in the reduction of incidents . **Recommendations to others considering ZIF:** ZIF AI provides an excellent platform for monitoring the tools in a single window and helps in handling alerts efficiently. ZIF is the best platform for monitoring of multiple tools with the use of Prediction and Correlation which helps in analysing the alerts and prevents multiple tickets for a single issue. **What problems is ZIF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using zif.ai implements Analysis, Prediction and Correlation helps in monitoring alerts efficiently compared to other monitoring tools. On Implementation of the Prediction and Correlation modules, we could reduce the generation of multiple incidents for a single issue. It will allow us to check on a possible outage. The main advantage we could say is we can integrate it with incident management tools and ease of work by managing incidents through them. ### 5.
